M\u00fasica en directo todas las semanas desde las 19.00 horas hasta las 21.00 horas de la mano de la cantante local, Rosana Gar\u00edn. PROGRAMA SUBVENCIONADO POR LA CONSEJER\u00cdA DE INCLUSI\u00d3N SOCIAL, JUVENTUD, FAMILIAS E IGUALDAD DEL GOBIERNO DE CANTABRIA.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta iniciativa, el consistorio fomenta la creaci\u00f3n de actividades que promuevan un nivel de salud \u00f3ptimo y contribuyen a la adopci\u00f3n de un concepto positivo de la vejez, entendida como activa y orientada hacia el desarrollo. Adem\u00e1s, se ofrece a los mayores una propuesta de ocio activo y una posibilidad de relaci\u00f3n con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBailar es una manera f\u00e1cil y divertida de hacer actividad f\u00edsica y puede ser un ejercicio muy adecuado para los mayores, ya que no se tiene la sensaci\u00f3n de estar haciendo deporte\u201d, ha explicado el alcalde, Javier Incera.<\/p>\n<p>El inicio\u00a0del programa tendr\u00e1 lugar el jueves, 3 de julio y finalizar\u00e1 con la llegada de las Fiestas de San Gin\u00e9s. El entorno escogido es el Kiosco de la Alameda, un lugar emblem\u00e1tico en el municipio.<\/p>\n<p>Araceli Ayesa, concejala de Servicios Sociales recuerda que esta iniciativa se suma a otras que ya tiene en marcha el consistorio para combatir la soledad no deseada \u201cBuscamos prevenir, detectar y atender situaciones de aislamiento social y soledad, especialmente en personas mayores. Actividades grupales como \u00e9sta creemos que ayudan a fomentar la participaci\u00f3n en la comunidad de todos nuestros vecinos y vecinas, incluyendo los m\u00e1s mayores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Incera apuntaba que \u201cno hay que olvidar que la soledad no deseada es un problema de salud p\u00fablica que afecta a personas de todas las edades y que \u00a0puede tener graves consecuencias para la salud f\u00edsica y mental.\u00a0Por ello, desde el equipo de gobierno tratamos de poner en marcha y desarrollar nuevos programas de envejecimiento activo que, adem\u00e1s, se adapten a los gustos y los intereses de nuestros mayores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La iniciativa arrancar\u00e1 la semana pr\u00f3xima y se extender\u00e1 hasta el 21 de agosto El Ayuntamiento de Colindres inaugura los bailables de verano para mayores que se celebrar\u00e1n los jueves en el entorno del Kiosco de la Alameda.
