{"id":17676,"date":"2024-03-23T20:55:25","date_gmt":"2024-03-23T19:55:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.colindres.es\/?post_type=project&#038;p=17676"},"modified":"2024-03-23T20:55:25","modified_gmt":"2024-03-23T19:55:25","slug":"el-gac-oriental-hace-balance-del-periodo-femp-en-el-que-ha-otorgado-ayudas-que-han-supuesto-la-inversion-de-cinco-millones-de-euros-en-la-comarca","status":"publish","type":"project","link":"https:\/\/www.colindres.es\/index.php\/project\/el-gac-oriental-hace-balance-del-periodo-femp-en-el-que-ha-otorgado-ayudas-que-han-supuesto-la-inversion-de-cinco-millones-de-euros-en-la-comarca\/","title":{"rendered":"EL GAC ORIENTAL HACE BALANCE DEL PERIODO FEMP EN EL QUE HA OTORGADO AYUDAS QUE HAN SUPUESTO LA INVERSI\u00d3N DE CINCO MILLONES DE EUROS EN LA COMARCA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Grupo de Acci\u00f3n Costera (GAC) Oriental de Cantabria celebr\u00f3 en la tarde del viernes la Asamblea General anual, integrada por entidades p\u00fablicas, pesqueras, econ\u00f3micas y sociales que forman parte del grupo en su \u00e1rea de actuaci\u00f3n (Castro Urdiales, Colindres, Laredo y Santo\u00f1a).<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la entidad, Javier Incera, present\u00f3 la Memoria de Actividades del ejercicio anterior, destacando que en la \u00faltima convocatoria de ayudas del periodo FEMP (2022-2023) se adjudicaron a los promotores la totalidad del presupuesto disponible, casi 650.000 euros, abon\u00e1ndose por importe de 610.870 euros, lo que supone \u201cun grado de ejecuci\u00f3n muy satisfactorio\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con el periodo FEMP al completo, desde finales de 2017, se consigui\u00f3 adjudicar todo el presupuesto disponible, unos 2.500.000 euros, quedando incluso numerosos promotores fuera de la subvenci\u00f3n por insuficiencia presupuestaria. Se certificaron en pagos de ayudas por importe de 2.200.000, lo que supuso una inversi\u00f3n aproximada en la comarca de 5.000.000 de euros, contribuyendo de forma notable al emprendimiento de unas 20 nuevas empresas y la competitividad de 40 ya existentes, adem\u00e1s de la creaci\u00f3n de 110 puestos de trabajo y el mantenimiento de 200.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el pasado a\u00f1o, el GAC Oriental renov\u00f3 los \u00f3rganos de direcci\u00f3n, resultando elegidos los doce miembros de la Junta Directiva, con su nuevo presidente, Javier Incera, alcalde de Colindres.<\/p>\n<p>En 2023, el grupo estuvo inmerso en la elaboraci\u00f3n de la Estrategia de Desarrollo Local Participativo (EDLP) para el nuevo periodo del Fondo Europeo Mar\u00edtimo de Pesca y Acuicultura (FEMPA), para lo que la Consejer\u00eda de Pesca del Gobierno de Cantabria concedi\u00f3 una ayuda de 34.000 euros. Tras un proceso participativo intenso y abierto, el GAC Oriental aprob\u00f3 en asamblea su EDLP, present\u00e1ndola a la Consejer\u00eda de Pesca a finales de a\u00f1o, quien tiene que aprobarla y proceder a la firma de los correspondientes Convenios de colaboraci\u00f3n, momento a partir del que el GAC comenzar\u00e1 la apertura de nuevas convocatorias de proyectos.<\/p>\n<p>En la asamblea, el grupo tambi\u00e9n aprob\u00f3 los balances contables de 2023 y los presupuestos para 2024, \u201cmanteniendo una situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica saneada\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Para m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n o entrevistas:<\/p>\n<p>Javier Incera, presidente del GAC Oriental.
