La cuarta edici\u00f3n de GIRA Mujeres, el programa de mejora de la empleabilidad y ayuda al emprendimiento impulsado por el Gobierno de Cantabria y Coca Cola, que ofrece a las mujeres capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n para su desarrollo laboral, llega a Colindres la pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/h4>\n

Los d\u00edas 22 y 23 de enero, en el antiguo Colegio los Puentes, tendr\u00e1 lugar un taller titulado \u201cEncuentra tu ruta\u201d, dirigido a mujeres de entre 18 y 60 a\u00f1os que tengan pensado emprender su propia idea de negocio. El taller\u00a0 consiste en dos sesiones de cinco horas de duraci\u00f3n cada una y se completar\u00e1 con una formaci\u00f3n on-line.<\/p>\n

\u201cLo que se trabaja es el empoderamiento de la mujer y tratar de mejorar su situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y social, adem\u00e1s de dotar a las mujeres de herramientas importantes a la hora de desarrollar un actividad econ\u00f3mica\u201d, recordaba Javier Incera, alcalde de Colindres. \u201cEs un proyecto que va de la mano del Gobierno de Cantabria que ya el a\u00f1o pasado recal\u00f3 en Colindres con excelentes resultados\u201d, recordaba el regidor.<\/p>\n

En la tercera edici\u00f3n de GIRA Mujeres participaron 223 mujeres de 13 municipios de Cantabria, entre ellas Ana Mar\u00eda Lus, de Guriezo, que result\u00f3 ganadora con un negocio para la elaboraci\u00f3n de artesan\u00eda mediante elementos ecol\u00f3gicos y sostenibles con lana de alpacas, que ha animado a participar en este programa.<\/p>\n

El a\u00f1o pasado, m\u00e1s del 72% de las participantes c\u00e1ntabras eran mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de desempleo, un 19,7% eran empresarias y un 4,5% se encontraban empleadas en el momento de la formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a edad, el 38% ten\u00edan entre 40 y 50 a\u00f1os y el 33% m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os, si bien hab\u00eda mujeres de todas las edades.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, casi el 40% de las participantes ten\u00edan estudios superiores; y el 35,9% contaban con formaci\u00f3n profesional y el 20,9% hab\u00edan cursado ense\u00f1anza b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n

En el programa Gira Mujeres han participado hasta el momento, a nivel nacional, m\u00e1s de 13.800 mujeres. El proyecto se enmarca en el compromiso global ‘5by20’, por el que Coca Cola se compromete a empoderar a 5 millones de mujeres para 2020 en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
