Paula Albors Ferreiro, Secretaria del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidencia, tras comprobar en los t\u00e9rminos expuestos que se da el qu\u00f3rum legalmente exigido por el art\u00edculo 46.2 c. de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local, para la v\u00e1lida celebraci\u00f3n de las sesiones de Pleno, declara abierta \u00e9sta, pas\u00e1ndose al estudio de los asuntos incluidos en el orden del d\u00eda de la convocatoria.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.- Ratificaci\u00f3n de la urgencia de la convocatoria: la justificaci\u00f3n de la urgencia se debe a la necesidad de agilizar la tramitaci\u00f3n de la adjudicaci\u00f3n del contrato de obra al estar vinculada a una subvenci\u00f3n as\u00ed como a la necesidad de determinar el importe de la adjudicaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.- Aprobaci\u00f3n de la propuesta de clasificaci\u00f3n del contrato de obra: RENOVACI\u00d3N DEL EDIFICIO DE GESTI\u00d3N Y VESTUARIOS CAMPO DE F\u00daTBOL EL CARMEN, EXPEDIENTE N\u00ba: CON\/16\/2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.colindres.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/02-21.02.2019-EXUR.pdf\">Descargue aqu\u00ed el acta en formato pdf del Pleno 02 &#8211; 21.02.2019 EXUR<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En la Sala de Plenos del Ayuntamiento de Colindres (Cantabria), siendo diecisiete horas del d\u00eda 21 de febrero de 2019, se re\u00fane el Pleno en primera convocatoria, bajo la Presidencia del Sr. Alcalde, D.
