      La Presidencia, tras comprobar en los t\u00e9rminos expuestos que se da el qu\u00f3rum legalmente exigido por el art\u00edculo 46.2 c. de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local, para la v\u00e1lida celebraci\u00f3n de las sesiones de Pleno, declara abierta \u00e9sta, pas\u00e1ndose al estudio de los asuntos incluidos en el orden del d\u00eda de la convocatoria.<\/p>\n
