En la Sala de Plenos del Ayuntamiento de Colindres (Cantabria), siendo las veintiun horas y treinta y cinco minutos del d\u00eda 22 de junio de 2015<\/strong>, se re\u00fane el Pleno en primera convocatoria, bajo la Presidencia del Sr. Alcalde, D.       La Presidencia, tras comprobar en los t\u00e9rminos expuestos que se da el qu\u00f3rum legalmente exigido por el art\u00edculo 46.2 c. de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local, para la v\u00e1lida celebraci\u00f3n de las sesiones de Pleno, declara abierta \u00e9sta, pas\u00e1ndose al estudio de los asuntos incluidos en el orden del d\u00eda de la convocatoria.<\/p>\n

      1.- Ratificaci\u00f3n de la urgencia de la convocatoria: la justificaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 en la necesidad de tramitar el de modificaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito 13\/2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      2.- Aprobaci\u00f3n inicial del EMC 13\/2015: cr\u00e9dito extraordinario con bajas de otros cr\u00e9ditos.<\/strong><\/p>\n
