En el Sal\u00f3n de Plenos de la Casa Consistorial del Ayuntamiento de Colindres (Cantabria), siendo las veinte horas del d\u00eda 22 de junio de 2015<\/strong>, se re\u00fane el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en primera convocatoria, bajo la Presidencia del Sr. Alcalde-Presidente, con el objeto de celebrar sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria previamente convocada al d\u00eda de la fecha, para la que fueron previamente citados.<\/p>\n

      La Presidencia, tras comprobar en los t\u00e9rminos expuestos que se da el qu\u00f3rum legalmente exigido por el art\u00edculo 46.2 c. de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local, para la v\u00e1lida celebraci\u00f3n de las sesiones de Pleno, y a los efectos de dar cumplimento a lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 36.1 del RD 2568\/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de organizaci\u00f3n, funcionamiento y r\u00e9gimen jur\u00eddico de las entidades locales, declara abierta esta, pas\u00e1ndose al estudio de los puntos incluidos en el Orden del D\u00eda de la Convocatoria.<\/p>\n

      Antes de proceder a la lectura de los puntos de la Orden del d\u00eda, el Sr. Presidente propone a los partidos\u00a0 pol\u00edticos que, en previsi\u00f3n de los debates que se puedan producir antes de la daci\u00f3n de los portavoces en el punto octavo, se de cuenta de qui\u00e9n ejercer\u00e1 dicha funciones:<\/p>\n
