Jos\u00e9 Ignacio S\u00e1nchez Mart\u00ednez, Interventor del Ayuntamiento.<\/p>\n<p>La Presidencia, tras comprobar en los t\u00e9rminos expuestos que se da el qu\u00f3rum legalmente exigido por el art\u00edculo 46.2 c) de la Ley 7\/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de R\u00e9gimen Local, para la v\u00e1lida celebraci\u00f3n de las sesiones de Pleno, declara abierta \u00e9sta, pas\u00e1ndose al estudio de los asuntos incluidos en el orden del d\u00eda de la convocatoria.<\/p>\n<p>Parte dispositiva.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.- Aprobaci\u00f3n de actas de sesiones anteriores de fecha: 07\/03\/2018, 06\/04\/2018, 07\/06\/2018 y 02\/08\/2018.<\/li>\n<li>2.- Dictamen propuesta Medallas Polic\u00eda Local 2018.<\/li>\n<li>3.- Dictamen propuesta de ratificaci\u00f3n Decreto de Alcald\u00eda 420\/2018 (solicitud de pr\u00f3rroga de concesi\u00f3n administrativa otorgada por Orden Ministerial 22\/09\/1999).<\/li>\n<li>4.- Adjudicaci\u00f3n del contrato de obra: Rehabilitaci\u00f3n de fachadas en edificio servicios municipales.
